Looking back,
Remembering all the events,
Penning it all,
Would create jottings,
In one big stack.
Indebted and grateful I am,
To all those around me,
As they give their full support,
It holds back all the negativity,
Like one big dam.
How I've changed,
I'm not the same anymore,
I'm different,
No longer the person I used
to be,
No longer mentally deranged.
The realisation,
Ever so shocking,
Never had I ever trusted anyone,
Now I believe,
And to believe is the best
form of relaxation.
Mistakes I shall not repeat
again,
How my perceptions have changed,
Perceptions of everything,
Life did change,
And I wasn't stuck in vain.
I will be free,
Free from all that restrains,
Free from all those voices,
The euphoria it brings,
Makes me laugh in glee.
It's the most indescribable
moment,
In my whole life,
Things once impossible,
Is now very much possible,
A magical cure ever so potent.
The disappointment disappears,
The loneliness forgotten,
The eternal rage no longer,
The infinite sadness no more,
The exhilaration reappears.
I can't wait for tomorrow,
Cause I know of the change,
The prophecies were true,
My path has changed,
Because tomorrow I'll have
no more sorrow.
I've changed!
I'm different!
I'm free!
I'm ecstatic!
I'm born again!
I just want to be the real me,
No longer under anyone's shadow,
No longer being what others
expect,
Just being who and what I am,
Because that's what I want
to be.
As our episode draws to a close,
An exultant Guy rejoices,
Doomed from the start,
Changed in an about turn,
The atmosphere so strong, felt
even by my nose.
